ROTATION GRASS PRODUCTIVITY
IN FODDER CROP ROTATION AT COVER AND COVERLESS SOWING OF WINTER
AND SPRING PERENNIAL GRASSES
IN THE MIDDLE PREDURALIE

Productivity of single- and double-cut meadow clover and medic varieties in the Middle Preduralie in mono-crop and bi-crop sowing depending on shelter crop species and sowing way has been studied. Comparative valuation of clover varieties of different evolvement types and ploidy forms has been conducted. The authors have established that in Permskii Krai coverless sowing of perennial grasses is ineffective in consequence of their low yield in the first year of life. However at growing perennials under shelter crops and harvesting shelter crops for haylage, agrophytocenosis productivity increases as a result of forming additional quantity of organic matter by perennials. In the conditions of the Middle Preduralie the highest productivity of rotation grass in fodder crop rotation “shelter crop – perennials of the first year of life – perennials of the second year of life – perennials of the third year of life” is provided by sowing medic under oats shelter crop sown in rows, where in average per crop rotation link crude protein gathering amounted 981 kg/hа, fodder unit output – 3461, fodder protein units – 6145, balk yield of available energy – 55.6 GJ/ha. From the agrophytcenoses with meadow clover the variant with the tetraploid cultivar Kudesnik sown coverless has been distinguished, crop rotation link made up 880 kg/ha, 3253 fodder unit output/hа, 5586 fodder protein units/hа, 48.6 GJ/hа respectively.
Key words: meadow clover, single-cut, double-cut, tetraploid, yield, feed valuation, productivity.

RESEARCH OF INTERMIXING PROCESSES OF DRY COMPONENTS WITH LIQUID
AT THEIR FRACTIONAL FEED

The research on studying intermixing processes in device for mix making was carried out in 2 modes: according to flow-through and circuital schemes. In the first stage the single-factor experiments for mix stability determination were made. The quantitative characteristic of process completeness is degree of uniformity. It is ratio of reference component content in researched sample to the same component content. The duration or period of intermixing is factor characterizing the degree of uniformity changing. The research of intermixing processes by fractional entering indicated shaft speed of wheel has dominant influence on mix quantity and the period of making does not influence the rates to a considerable degree.

INFLUENCE OF KAFI PREPARATION ON WOOL AND SHEEPSKIN PRODUCTIVITY OF YOUNG SHEEP

The main purpose of the work was carrying out the early weaning technology of 2 month old lamb with the use of the special immunomodulator – KAFI and the research of this preparation influence on wool and sheepskin productivity of experimental animals as well.
The scientific exploration was performed in the conditions of commercial sheep farm Kropivna in Cherkasskaya oblast. In March 40 lambs of the Precose breed of two month age were selected and using the principle of analogy four experimental groups were formed, one of which was a control group. After the week of equalizing period the lambs were weaned from ewes and were injected with the KAFI preparation by an intramuscular injection (in the control group with physiological solution). It was established that the highest growth rate was in the lambs of the 3rd experimental group. At the age of 4 months their body weight was 27.45 kg against 24.40 kg in the control group. It is by 12.5% more (P>0.99). The highest growth of wool rate of the lambs was determined at the period from 2 to 5 months. Their natural wool length was 8.70 ±0.15 cm against 6.23 ±0.18 cm in the control one. The indicators of thinness, quality and strength of wool were almost the same in all groups and statistically invalid. It was determined that the average weight and the area of sheepskin received from the lambs of this experimental group were much higher and matched 4.2 kg and 130.6 dm² against 3.9 kg and 111.6 dm² in the control one.
Therefore, the KAFI is a long acting preparation and has a great influence on further growth, development and productivity characteristics of young sheep. The immunomodulator KAFI by its injection into animals’ organism promoted the better growth and clip in the lambs of the 3rd experimental group (dose 0.4 ml/head) and it was 3.22 kg, it is by 0.7 kg or 28% higher than in the control group. The sheepskins received from animals of the 3rd experimental group were larger (130.6 dm2 against 111.6 dm2 in the control group) and with considerably longer wool (3.06 cm against 2.16 cm in the control group).
Key words: young sheep, wool, sheepskin, KAFI preparation.

COW MILK PRODUCTIVITY AT APPLICATION OF THE ECOMAX STANDARD PROTEIN-VITAMIN-MINERAL PREMIX
IN THE FEDERAL STATE UNITARY ENTERPRISE EXPERIMENTAL AND TRAINIG FARM LIPOVAYA GORA

The aim of this work was the study of milk productivity of cows and milk quality at feeding with the Ecomax Standard protein-vitamin-mineral premix.
Scientific experiment was conducted during the first half of lactation of black-and-white breed in the experimental and training farm Lipovaya Gora in Permskii rayon. For the experiment two groups of 10 cows in each were formed.
The cows of the control group received the basic ration without the Exomax Standard additive. The cows of the test group received 200g of Ecomax Standard additive a head with the basic ration according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
During the experiment milk productivity was checked with control milking operations. Fat content in the milk was determined by acid test; protein content in the milk was determined by refractometric method. Production efficiency was calculated taking into account of all costs of goods manufactured during the experiment period.
The data obtained in the experiment were processed by the variance analysis method. For the experiment time milk productivity of the cows of the test group constituted 1989 kg, by 216 kg of milk more in comparison to the animals of the control group. In average, fat content in the milk in the control group made up 3.72%, and in the test group 3.83% (0.11% higher). Feeding premix did not decreased protein content in the animals of the test group.
The profit gained from the realization of milk of the test group cows amounted RUR240787.8. It exceeds the same figure in the control group by RUR21755.
Cost-effectiveness analysis of application of the Ecomax Standard protein-vitamin-mineral premix in rations of lactating cows has shown practicability of using bioactive additive. To balance micro and macro elements content in rations addition of 200g of the Ecomax Standard protein-vitamin-mineral premix is recommended.
Key words: protein-vitamin-mineral premix, milk productivity, milk fat, milk protein, physical and chemical features, economic efficiency.
